1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the agreement between the 9bde platform and its users ("Player" or "you"). 9bde is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, casino games, and various online gaming services to players in Bangladesh.

By accessing the 9bde website, creating an account, or using any service, you will be considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

9bde reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services at 9bde, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform operates for users aged 21+ only. There is no provision for minors to use the platform and any such use is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Creation Terms

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Each individual may only open one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, 9bde reserves the right to cancel them and seize the associated funds.

• If the information provided at registration changes, you must update it immediately.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, notify us immediately at [email protected].
• Creating an account as a corporate entity or representative is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

9bde may request identity verification from you at any time if needed. If verification is not completed, the account may be temporarily suspended or withdrawals may be restricted.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

9bde supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. 9bde generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. This time may increase due to identity verification or other security-related reasons.

• The account requesting the withdrawal and the payment account must be registered under the same person's name.
• Transferring funds to a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Funds associated with an active bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on 9bde are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 and a total balance of ৳48,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on both deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games or betting markets — specific terms apply to each offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• 9bde reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If an account is closed for any reason, any unused bonuses will be forfeited.

5 Responsible Gaming

9bde takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment only, not a means of financial gain. Our platform provides players with the ability to set their own limits.

• If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, please request a temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Contact support to set deposit limits, betting limits, or session limits.

• Do not place further bets in an attempt to recover lost money.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bde platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or AI-based tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors for advantage.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Harassing, deceiving, or providing false information to other players.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same internet connection.

If any such activity is detected, 9bde may close the relevant account, seize funds, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Sports Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

9bde reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. In the event of a technical error, data feed issue, or publication of clearly incorrect odds, the relevant bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.

7.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live events. Until a bet is confirmed, if odds change, 9bde reserves the right to confirm the bet at the updated odds or cancel it.

7.3 Casino Games

9bde's casino games are powered by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, NetEnt). The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 9bde's Rights

9bde may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of the Terms.
• On suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If there has been no activity on the account for a long period (inactive account).

8.2 Closure at Player's Request

10 Limitation of Liability

9bde is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform, but cannot take responsibility for the following:

• Technical problems with the user's own device.

• Losses resulting from failure to keep account information confidential.
• Force majeure situations (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).

11 Dispute Resolution

In dispute resolution, 9bde's decision will be considered final, but will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner.

12 Service Changes

9bde reserves the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or completely discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We will try to give advance notice of any temporary service interruptions due to maintenance.

13 Applicable Law

The applicable laws and regulations will be followed for these Terms and any matters related to the 9bde platform. It is your responsibility to confirm, before using the platform, the regulations regarding online gaming in your own jurisdiction.
